Mic’s Super Salad
Yesterday Mic popped by spontaneously and with him he brought a wide range of ingredients for his special creation, the “Mic’s Super Salad”: In about 40 min he managed to arrange different lattuces, roasted red capsicum, bean sprouts, mushrooms, red onions, carrots, young spinach, tomatoes (fresh as well as sundried), corn, chicken, avocado, cheese cubes and probably a lot more … dressed with italian sauce and served on a huge plate.
To enjoy this masterpiece it took us more than an hour and the support of Jesper and Skye who were ordered to have a snack.
